Lucas Young

Founder and CEO, Ph.D. in Computer Science

Young is passionate about technology, research, and development. Holding Ph.D. in Computer Science, he has been a university faculty member for long and currently holds tenured full professor rank. His experience and expertise are in AI, Computer Vision, Digital Image Processing, and Video Coding. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed conference papers, journal publications, and book chapters in his research fields. He has also secured numerous research and development contracts. Right now, he is overseeing the operation of the company and also conducts algorithm design and software implementation in AI and Computer Vision.

Wen Li

Founder and CTO, MS in Engineering

Mr. Li has extensive research and development experience; he has been the Solution/System Architect, Software Architect, Senior Software Engineer, and Senior System Engineer, with Meggitt Training Systems Inc. for over 25 years. He is a proven Solution Architect with exceptional experience in developing complex computer-controlled industrial systems including software and hardware from requirement analysis, system design, implementation, to delivery, and maintenance. Oversee the matrix team of product and project engineers for full lifecycle projects with more than $10m in scope to ensure the success of the project. He is also with deep experience of modeling, simulation, algorithm, real-time processing, real-time network communication. Mr. Li is in charge of engineering and technology in Blue Vision Systems LLC.
